A senior executive with over 25 years of experience, Shakti has excelled in telecommunications, private equity, IT services, cloud, system integration, managed services, fintech, and global business development. Known for his visionary leadership, he has played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across industries. During his tenure at Etisalat, he spearheaded major projects like edge node datacenter deployments for Telcos and Hyperscalers, SDN/NFV implementation to advance digital transformation, and carrier-grade datacenter solutions for enterprise clients.
As the CEO and Co-founder of Henox IT & Datacenters Pvt. Ltd, Shakti leads efforts to transform India’s data infrastructure by combining sustainability with innovation.
His vision focuses on delivering profitability and building solutions that empower businesses in a dynamic digital ecosystem.
Mr.Sunil Rangwani
CCO & Co-Founder
A visionary leader and founder of Digipos Solutions, Sunil is a trailblazer in the UAE’s payment industry. Under his leadership, Digipos has become a trusted partner of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) Merchant Services, offering secure and compliant payment solutions.
Sunil’s strategic foresight has driven the company to reach AED 5 billion (USD 1.361 billion) in sales within five years. Looking ahead, he aims to achieve AED 12 billion (USD 3.267 billion) in annual sales within four years, reflecting his dedication to innovation and growth.
As Henox’s CCO, Sunil brings expertise in leadership, commerce, and operations to drive strategic expansion.
He also serves as a board member for several companies, including Digipos Solutions, Real Magic Trading LLC, DTS, and GIPSP, ensuring operational excellence and sound financial management.
